Aim of the course
This course aims to re-energize managers and help them become the best manager they can be with the skills to back them up.
It allows your managers to shift their beliefs about what a manager is supposed to do and look at key management skills such as delegation, motivating team members, giving essential feedback to keep people on board, taking responsibility, managing conflict, learning how to feed upwards, etc.

Face-to-face training will last 14 hours. Possible virtual classroom option.

For a face-to-face training, we accept 20 participants and 12 participants for a virtual classroom.
