TRAINING SESSION

Aim of the course

This course aims to re-energize managers and help them become the best manager they can be with the skills to back them up.

It allows your managers to shift their beliefs about what a manager is supposed to do and look at key management skills such as delegation, motivating team members, giving essential feedback to keep people on board, taking responsibility, managing conflict, learning how to feed upwards, etc.

Day 1

  • Organize and structure teamwork with a high impact

  • Identify and develop team members potentials

  • Define and communicate objectives effectively

  • Define rules of the game

  • Define action and development plans

  • Monitor plan implementation

  • Value team and individual results

Day 2

  • Management strategies & tools (How to build a learning organization)

  • Push / Pull and the high-performance model

  • Motivation factors and tools / Motivation drivers

  • Delegation, organization, and tools / Effective Delegation

  • Performance development, Communication tools & strategies

Format

  • Any team leader.

  • Face-to-face training will last 14 hours. Possible virtual classroom option.

  • English or French.

  • For a face-to-face training, we accept 20 participants and 12 participants for a virtual classroom.
