Aim of the course
This course aims to :
Identify cultural differences and consequences on concrete business situations
Understand the link between dominant behavior patterns and the roots of culture
Communicate effectively while avoiding cultural misunderstandings and pitfalls
Develop cross-cultural skills and identify areas for improvement to increase individual and group performance

Content
To create a good group dynamic, we offer in our program three types of activities:
WORKSHOPS: a forum to reflect, to share and to develop awareness where participants contribute for common understanding.
LECTURES: indispensable for precise understanding of cross-cultural differences, their origin and their impact on cooperation.
GAMES AND SIMULATIONS: essential for self-critical distance and for implementing knowledge acquired during the session. They set a pace and give rhythm to the seminar.
