This workshop enables the team to focus effort on improving those areas deemed most vital to the achievement of their objectives, and to use their complementarities for more performance and success.

  • Collective debriefing of the participants profiles

  • Individual action plans

Format

  • Any team that must cooperate and perform together permanently or temporarily .

  • Face-to-face training will last 7 hours. Possible virtual classroom option.

  • English or French.

  • For a face-to-face training, we accept 20 participants and 12 maximum for the virtual classroom option.
