Aim of the course

This course aims to gain a deep insight into yourself and others (associates, colleagues, clients, etc.) Uncover meaning in preferences and behavior. Learn to adapt and connect with others to create strong and effective relationships.

The Insights Discovery language will sweep throughout your organization because it is fun to learn, inspirational to experience, easy to remember, effective and practical in application.

Content

  • Discover your Insights Discovery Profile using a simple and memorable four colour model to help you understand your style, your strengths and the value you bring to the team.

  • Understand your own and others’ communication preferences

  • Learn to connect better with your colleagues to improve collaboration

  • Practice a common language to help you overcome challenges and conflict

  • Develop self-awareness needed to develop yourself, work as part of an effective team, or lead others with authenticity.

Format

  • All team members.

  • Face-to-face training will last 7 hours. Possible virtual classroom option.

  • English or French.

  • For a face-to-face training, we accept 30 participants and 12 participants maximum for the virtual classroom option.
